Administrative Fee Schedule
Adopted by the Board of Directors
Effective 2026

What is an administrative fee schedule?
The administrative fee is what the Foundation charges to hold, invest, account for, and report on a fund. It is the only fee the Foundation collects, and it is charged against the fund itself rather than invoiced to you.
The Schedule
The tiers are marginal. A fund does not move to a single lower rate as it grows; each dollar is charged at the rate for the band it falls in. Fees are calculated on fund balance and assessed quarterly.
What that comes to
What the fee covers
- Investment management, custody, and oversight of the portfolio
- Gift processing and acknowledgment letters sent directly to your donors
- Acceptance of cash, appreciated stock, and other complex gifts
- Fund accounting, quarterly statements, and online portal access
- Grant and distribution processing, including due diligence
- Annual audit, tax filing, and compliance
- Staff support, donor stewardship, and planned giving assistance
One thing to know about cost
Investment costs inside the portfolio are separate from the schedule above and are charged by the portfolio, not by the Foundation. I will put the all-in number in writing before you sign anything, so you are comparing a complete figure.
Generosity binds us together and gives us a sense of purpose.
Let's talk about what makes sense for you.
Every fund and every charitable goal is different. We’ll walk you through the options, answer your questions, and make sure you understand the costs before you make a decision.
